David Cassagnol
Interventional Pain PhysicianDavid Cassagnol is a double board certified physician in both anesthesiology and pain medicine. He earned his medical degree at Weill Cornell Medical College and completed a residency in anesthesiology at Columbia University – New York Presbyterian Hospital. He then sub-specialized in Interventional Pain Medicine at the University of Chicago where he trained extensively in advanced minimally invasive procedures.
Dr. Cassagnol’s management of chronic pain includes a multidisciplinary approach with the most up-to-date interventional techniques, regenerative modalities and integrative medicine such as acupuncture and physical therapy. His previous career as an airline pilot honed both his precision skills and his attention to safety. Focused on new treatments which naturally heal tissues and restore function, Dr. Cass obtained additional training in regenerative medicine. This has allowed him to offer his patients highly effective treatment options with broadened skills that go beyond the typical standards of care.
Dr. Cass grew up in Haiti but has spent the greater part of his adult life in NYC. He enjoys cooking, exercising, traveling and is an avid aviation enthusiast.
