How soon can I get an appointment?

We should be able to see you the same day or the next day depending on the service you are looking for. Please call the office to make sure we check your insurance coverage before scheduling the appointment

Is there anything I should do before my first appointment?

Please arrive 10 min prior to your appointment if you are new to Hudson. This will let us have enough time to check you in and fill out our intake forms. You can download and fill the forms *Hudson Wellness Patient Forms* and bring them with you when you arrive.

What does it mean when they say I am covered out of network?

Certain insurance plans let you see providers that are not contracted within their insurance network. Typically out of network services are subject to deductible and co-insurance. Please check with your insurance company if you have out of network benefits.
